Required Skills and Experience:
Technical Expertise:
6+ years of experience as a Mainframe developer with strong proficiency in COBOL and DB2.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, embedded SQL, and DB2 stored procedure development.
Experience in DB2 batch programming and performance tuning.
Proficiency in EasyTrieve and knowledge of DB2 relational database constructs.
Experience with DB2 associated tools like BMC, Insync, JCL, and ISPF/TSO.
Familiarity with MQ Series for messaging.
