  • Extensive Mainframe skills including COBOL, IMS DB/DC and DB2 (with all standard tools) – very important
  • Health Insurance or some Insurance experience
  • Complex program delivery

  • Excellent communication (verbal, written)
  • Influencing skills
  • Passion for learning/growth

     

Nice to have:- java, AWS, API development.
