Management Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

• Need someone strong on Oracle Global Trade Management module.
• Need a strong analyst to design and implement solution for Sanctions/Embargoes Screening, Trade Compliance Screening & Restricted Party Screening.
• Must be able to communicate key insights and findings to management and Business user teams. Help design, document and maintain US Trade Compliance regulations
• Analyzing the issues and propose a strategic solution using Oracle Global Trade Management & Oracle Transportation Management.
• Design, implement and test solution for generation and management of Trade Compliance related documents like Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc
• Need to work on the current IT systems to analyze and identify any trade compliance violation with regards to US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), US ITAR, Dual-use & other US Trade Compliance regulations
• Make the appropriate changes in the system using Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) software as required to ensure the Supply Chain remains Trade Compliant.
• Set up Export/Import Licenses using License Management module of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)Software.
• Design, Deploy and test solution for Landed Cost Estimation involving Free/Preferential Trade Agreements of US using Landed Cost Management (LCM) Module of Oracle GTM Software.
• Must conduct Business and trade Analysis with Functional expertise and design systems and procedures to improve the Trade management system.
• Develop POCs, present to business and build the required solution after feedback and sign-off from cross functional teams.
• Need to design, implement & test solution for AES/Customs filing for international shipments using Customs Module of Oracle Global Trade Management GTM Software.
• Design and support external communication systems and software integration using OIC, ITM Adaptors etc. Manage defects in Rally Application. Work on the defects and issues to fix and further enhance the solution
• Should be able to conduct Unit testing, End to End testing, User Acceptance Testing, Business Acceptance Testing, Cut-over & Go-Live
• Must deliver elements of Global Trade management , including data migration rules, business rules or other detailed deliverables.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) : This includes Core and ‘End to End’ testing including testing with other boundary applications like Oracle ERP (EBS-r12/11i)
• Should create and execute test cases, conduct SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and other testing as required and identify any faults or defects in the solution

Required Qualifications

• Must have 5 + years of experience in information Technology
• Must have 3 + years of experience on Trade Management
• Experience in Design and implement solution for Sanctions/Embargoes Screening, Trade Compliance Screening & Restricted Party Screening.
• Strong experience required in Delivering elements of Global Trade management , including data migration rules, business rules or other detailed deliverables.
• Should have strong communication skills
• Bachelors Degree is required
