This person will manage and develop internal scripting and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. This role involves defining, planning, and coordinating internal application research and development efforts. The Manager will serve as the principal developer and owner of the .Net Automation solution and the RPA program. The goal is to streamline and improve end-user interaction with core servicing system functions, implement third-party solutions, and identify legacy applications for retirement or integration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise Staff:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of subordinate staff.
- Hire and evaluate staff.
- Provide professional development and coaching.
- Business Analysis:
- Research and advance new automation-based development requests.
- Ensure alignment with company goals.
- Recommend “buy vs. build” approaches for solutions.
- Servicing System Automation:
- Lead development initiatives using VB.Net.
- Oversee RPA development and governance.
- Production Support and Operational Control:
- Oversee automation processes and address any issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for environment maintenance.
- Lead strategic initiatives for control and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain Vision and Communication for Automation:
- Define and execute a vision for automation.
- Provide regular updates on the vision and roadmap.
- Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to lifecycle processes and quality objectives.
- Support Configuration and Change Management processes.
- Execution Focused:
- Drive towards defined objectives with timely progress.
- Make and support decisions based on objectives.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in requirement analysis, design, development, and testing of automation systems.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with VB.Net, UiPath RPA, and SQL Server (T-SQL).
