Essential Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Perform quality assurance testing of computer systems based on system functional specifications.
▪ Compose Test Cases to be used in implementing new products
▪ Analyze business requirements to work through test plans and strategies.
▪ Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate new and modified application features.
▪ Issue reports, as necessary.
▪ Assist with troubleshooting newly reported system defects. Assist team leader in managing IT workflow systems.
▪ Perform research and document results.
▪ Collaborate with business and IT staff throughout the project life cycle, to assist and support the testing and implementation of impacted online systems.
▪ Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.
▪ Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.
▪ Support continuous improvement and integration of quality assurance best practices.
▪ Review requirements for completeness and testability.
▪ Report and track defects to completion and verification.
▪ Support and maintain the confidentiality of company information, including test results confirming data integrity and security
▪ Special projects as assigned.
