Mandatory skill required – Proficient in IT environment, Network troubleshooting, Windows operating system, Knowledge on DCS environment and Industrial automation structure such as PCS7 and Siemens Application. (Knowledge about OS Server, OS Batch, OS Client, SIMATIC Logon, Webserver) In an IT point of view on virtual environment. Knowledges in Network, Firewall rules, Active directory. Ensure L2 and L3 IT support for Industrial DCS structure (epically PCS7) by responding to technical incidents an IT request from Data Owner, Fluency oral and written in English and French language

Good to have skills – Able to work on GMP environment, Create tickets with Vendor's support for different application. (Such as SIMATIC PCS7, CAD Software, Engineering tools,) Participate in development of solutions, procedure and project/upgrade implementation.
