Main Responsibilities
Business User Consultation
- Lead business requirements gathering sessions to identify opportunities, and implement solutions to improve system acceptance, use, efficiency, and effectiveness in Dynamics and champion those changes.
- Translate business requirements into an appropriate D365 solution (entities, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards).
- Provide guidance on alternative process approaches that would leverage a configured versus customized D365 application solution.
- Organizes workshops and proof of concepts in D365 to illustrate solution design.
Development and Technical Collaboration
- Work with other technical team members to
- Provide ongoing direction and support of Dynamics 365 platform including troubleshooting, bug resolution, architecture, development best practices and guidance to drive an emphasis on configured solutions to achieve business requirements.
- Evaluate new functionality and features and manage system upgrades and deployment.
- Develop and deployment surrounding D365, PowerBI, Azure Power Apps, Power Automate, and similar applications. Including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
