Job Description:
- We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Contractor that’s technical as well.
- This is on D365, the latest version.
- This application is for Child Welfare and will contain the following modules: Intake, Investigation, Case Management, Services, Providers, Finance, and Reporting.
- This person will be a Technical product owner looking at user stories and interfacing with the developers.
- User Stories will cross ALL modules that are listed above. User Stories may also include technical user stories as well.
- The resource should have a working understanding of Child Welfare systems and should understand the types of user stories needed for this type of system.
- They will be working with the customer product owner making sure they’re writing things that work.
- The person will need to work with both the functional SME’s from the Child Welfare agency as well as the technical off shore team to assist in clarifying user stories, align on technical possibilities, do configuration in D365, perform demo/walk throughs of sprint completion.
- The role would interface daily with the development team that is Off Shore as well as the Technical Architect/Lead who are on PST and CST. Technical guidance will be provided by the Technical lead and Architect.
From a technical perspective:
- Hands on configuration experience with Dynamics
- Data modeling and scripting
- Ability to solve UI problems
- Ability to do screens and mock ups
- Target Mapping
- Reporting
- Ability to use tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Jira... Azure devops and Jira are both Agile Project Management systems
- Experience with User Stories

- Also, the client is open to candidates coming from the following backgrounds if they don’t have the CCWIS or Child Welfare experience listed below:
- Instead of the CCWIS or Child Welfare experience, they would take someone coming from a WIC program
- Instead of the CCWIS or Child Welfare experience, they would take someone who has worked in case management in Dynamics
- Instead of the CCWIS or Child Welfare experience, they would take someone who has Health and Human Services (HHS) experience.
