Job Title: Mid-Level Product Manager - External Delivery Marketplaces

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the integration of our brand on external delivery marketplaces, ensuring seamless operations and optimal customer experience.
2. Identify and prioritize new features and capabilities on external marketplaces to enhance our delivery services and drive business growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for external marketplace operations.
4. Manage the product development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, defining features, and overseeing implementation.
5. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions and drive product improvements.
6. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality integrations and features on schedule and within budget.
7. Conduct regular reviews and updates of key performance metrics related to external marketplace operations.
8. Drive agile ceremonies and processes effectively to ensure efficient and collaborative product development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
• Proven experience as a product manager or similar role, with a focus on external marketplace integrations and delivery operations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive end-to-end product initiatives.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal handholding.
• Experience with agile methodologies and ceremonies, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with external delivery marketplaces and understanding of their features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform product decisions and optimizations.
