Job Description/Skill Set:

• Working knowledge of Linux, Solaris, Windows OS and command line functions
• Experience working with Tibco Suite of Products
• Experience with Tibco Business Connect Administration for Installation/Configuration/Deployments/Upgrades

• Expertise in EDI Standards ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Strong knowledge of XML/XSLT, JSON, delimited and fixed length flat file structures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols like SOAP, AS2, http / https, FTP / SFTP / FTPS / OFTP / Web Services.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle or similar)
• Strong experience with Bash scripting and automation tools (chef/ansible)
• Experience working in production deployments & support using various automated (udeploy/bash/chef) and manual deployments/operations.
• Knowledge of Service now with working tickets (Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management)
• Strong knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting and Performance analysis at server and application jvm/process level.
• Ability to independently co-ordinate/work with Application owners for patching/downtime/outages
• Knowledge of middleware principles and best practices
• Ability to work in team settings with 24x7 Operations
• Should have good Interpersonal skills with Problem solving, Presentation and Documentation Skills
