Mobile Architect / iOS Architect

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of a critical mobile application used by a global audience.

Responsibilities:

•             Enhance the resilience and performance of the UKG Pro Mobile App available on iOS platform.

•             Harden the application to improve stability.

•             Collaborate with the US-based team to align development goals and strategies.

•             Review and optimize existing Swift and Objective-C codebase.

•             Conduct performance testing and implement necessary optimizations.

Requirements:

•             Proficient in Swift & SwiftUI with a strong understanding of Objective-C.

•             Experience in improving the resilience and performance of iOS applications.

•             Familiarity with iOS development tools and frameworks, including XCode Instruments.

•             Knowledge of hybrid technologies such as Cordova and how they interact with native iOS solutions.

•             Ability to work closely with cross-functional geographically distributed teams, including US & India based colleagues.

•             Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
