MongoDB Developer

About the Role:

Location: Pune, MH (Remote work)

Description:

This position is responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
The overall objective of this role is to develop and lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Qualifications:

4-8 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
Hands-on experience in NoSQL MongoDB
Design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions.
Develop and maintain MongoDB-powered applications using MongoDB
Design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions.
Implement appropriate indexes (B-Tree, Geospatial, Text) for performance improvement
Develop MongoDB and API prototypes and proofs of concept
Assist developers in detecting performance problems using MMS and Mongo Profiler
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Application Development
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production. Perform post-release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Maintain application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service-level expectations.
