Responsibilities
• Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to MuleSoft best practices and standards.
• Drive the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, including API design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the MuleSoft delivery team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in MuleSoft and integration technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption as appropriate.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with MuleSoft integration platform, including hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, API-led connectivity, and other MuleSoft products.
• Proven experience leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience in Project end-to-end deployment experience in highly complex environment.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other integration technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Need to be visionary, proactive with good analytics and risk management. skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prior background on the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, OMS, etc.
• PMP Certification
• Experience in EDI
