CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The selected Contractor must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Leadership of a successful development and implementation of an application in Azure environment.
- Six years of architect, design and development experience with .NET application and Entity framework.
- Eight years of experience with MVC.
- Ten years of Object-Oriented programming, ASP.NET, JavaScript and application development using C#.
- Four years of experience working on a project using Scrum.
- Four years of experience with Azure Build and Deployment automation processes.
- Three years of experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration (between cloud and on-prem), data warehouse, scheduling VMs, and Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, ARM templates.
- Three years of experience with integrating Azure AD into a web application using OpenID Connect.
- Two years of experience with Azure ASE and integration with SQL MI.
- Experience with Azure Data Warehouse and integration with SQL MI.
- One year experience with Power BI.
- Two years of experience with Azure cost analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field: or equipment work experience.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Design and document application architecture.
- Provide technical training and guidance to development team members.
- Provide technical guidance to product owner.
- Assist Scrum Master with monitoring development team productivity.
- Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project (planning sessions, stand-up sessions, review sessions, backlog grooming sessions, pointing sessions, and retrospective sessions).
- Conduct code review.
- Work with the Office of Information Technology and development teams to analyze and minimize costs associated with the Azure environment
