Description:
Developer to implement a web-based application for the agency’s Willamette Wildlife Mitigation Program (WWMP). The application will have the ability to:
upload habitat and easement compliance monitoring data
public facing so landowners can directly enter required reporting information
generate summary reports for project partners
track habitat protection targets
ensure compliance with conservation easement and management plans
track changes in habitat types and conditions
possible spatial component
generate reports using SSRS to export to word, PDF or excel
Data migration from excel spreadsheet to SQL DB
Position will be located in Salem, Oregon with a hybrid remote working opportunity. Will be required to report in person to the office for first month or so (for training, access and set up needs) then ability to work remotely up to three days a week with two required in office days per week. Hours will be M-F from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Full-time professional work experience in the development and support of Information Technology applications. Successful completion of an Information Technology Certification program, accredited college and/or graduate training may substitute for the required work experience.
May require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least at least 2 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.
