Provide technical leadership to the overall team from Onshore.

Developing and Maintaining/Supporting Applications Lead the design and development of N- Tier applications using MVC, VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle, db2, MongoDB Drive code reviews, enforce standards and best practices for application support and maintenance.

Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Assist in hiring and onboarding of new technical staff.

Integrate Third-Party services and APIs to enhance application functionality

Develop and maintain microservices architecture for scalability and flexibility Implement change requests for small to medium functional modifications or enhancements to Legacy Applications

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for code, APIs and system architecture

Execute patches and proactive remediation for Legacy Applications, including.

Working on cloud capabilities including monitoring, software updating, and management of product line
