Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system. As a NetSuite Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement customizations, and support ongoing system enhancements. Your expertise in NetSuite customization, scripting, and integration will be instrumental in optimizing our business processes and improving system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customization and Development: Customize and configure NetSuite modules according to business requirements, including but not limited to workflows, Scripts, saved searches, custom fields, forms, dashboard, and reports.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test scripts, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and quality of developed solutions. Perform system testing, integration testing, and regression testing to validate changes and updates.
• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, functional requirements, and user guides. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance business processes and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in NetSuite development, customization, and administration.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes, with specific knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and architecture.
• Experience in implementing Financial, Quality Management, Demand Planning, Advance Electronic payment, warehouse management, and manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript) for customization and scripting within NetSuite.
• Familiarity with integration methods and tools such as SuiteTalk (SOAP), SuiteScript (REST), and/or third-party middleware platforms is and advantage
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics for process automation, customizations, and reporting.
• Proficiency in web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) are a plus
