10+ years of professional experience in large enterprise with Datacenter and Public cloud
Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls
Solid understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS/Nexus os, PANos and AWS Networking)
In-depth knowledge of communication protocols mainly TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and VPNs
Proven ability to provide technical support for network issues, network analysis, installation, configuration, and support
Strong documentation skills, including scopes of works, diagrams, processes, and test plans Responsibilities
Drive overall performance and capability of the technical team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, Palo Alto firewalls, 802.1x, VPN including software upgrades, AWS Network Support
Perform day to day cloud networking operations as well addressing Network related Tickets
Provide regular monitoring and network analysis for short- and long-range planning Coordination of third-party maintenance for network equipment and work with vendors for third-party support
Collaborate with other teams to assist and resolve Production issues
