Position Overview:
It seems like this is TCC - which is focused on the Apache helicopter
Does training for technical side of Apache
Also going to integrate to other platforms including chinook
This is work is in support of DoD request
First part is setting up the core infrastructure - standard AD, Microsoft stack, san, backup, vmware, tcc (tactical control center) - work positions where people executing scenario would be. Then you have the TFAT trainers itself - person would be responsible for computers running that software. Each TFAT has 2 computers one for pilot and one for the gunner
Haven't even gone to systems requirements review yet
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
They are going to be architecting the backbone infrastructure for a high fidelity aircraft simulator
They will have to go through design/selection process for hardware/software, and then also get it bought, and then once they have will have to set everything up

Requirements:
1. Standing up Systems from Scratch
2. Extensive Cisco Networking knowledge - writing switch configs from scratch and integrating into networks
3. Extensive VMware experience - setting up, using vmware horizon, high availability
4. Storage Administration - both standing up and maintaining systems, preferably Dell storage
