Description

  • Candidates must have 4 to 7 years of work experience in the networking domain.
  • Provide diagnostic, root cause and troubleshooting support , problem resolution
  • Implementation, manage and maintain data centers, Branch office
  • Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain all assigned tickets with up to date information in Servicenow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network related incidents – Specifically Cisco related
  • Change management: ITIL process and knowledge.
  • Routing, Switching configuration & Troubleshooting
  • Monitoring the alarms in Solarwinds
  • Provides coverage for 24/7 on rotational basics
