Job Description -

· Advanced Knowledge on Firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco and knowledge of NAC solutions) running routing protocols and next gen features such as IPS, threat protection and URL filtering.

· Firewall deployment/configuration experience and troubleshooting application connectivity and VPN issues.

· Strong understanding of general networking and design (Firewalls, Routing, Load Balancing, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Packet trace and analysis)

· Must have strong knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and frameworks

· Must have strong management skills and have managed a team of Cybersecurity professionals

· Intermediate Linux Sysadmin experience.

· Must be able to operate in a multivendor environment.

· Must have strong customer handling experience.

· Must have strong experience in handling escalations.

· Must have good experience of working and collaborating with Cybersecurity teams for threat containment and remediation.

· Must have mindset to drive enhancements and service improvements.

· Relevant certifications from leading security vendors.

· Good Communications Skills
