Proficiency in troubleshooting, build and configuring Network WLAN Connectivity between different IT systems and physical with DNAC, 9800 WLC's, NAC Servers, ISE, Switches and Access Points.
Conduct meeting related to compliance and planning for future design requirements of client wireless infrastructure.
Good understanding on CISCO DNAC Tool
Deploying Wireless infrastructure via DNAC Tool.
Designing Heat map via DNAC Tool.
Trouble shooting Wireless issues with DNAC as tool.
Basic Understating of Security concepts like 802.1x Authentication, CAP WAP Tunnel, Mobility Tunnel, DTLS.
Basic understanding of Cisco Integrated Service Engine ISE.
Understanding of different terminology i.e. Wi-Fi (801.11 a/b/g/n/ac), Site Tags, Heat-map, Radio Plans and Ekahau Site Survey.
Understanding of the Traffic flow for different SSID i.e. Corporate, BYOD and GUEST.
Ability to upgrade firmware at Hardware layer and patches at Software layer for 9800 WLC and Access Points.
Understanding of ITSM Platform, ability to resolve incident, change and problem tickets within SLA.
Excellent incident, change and problem management skills. Should have ability to restore business services by either isolating the issue and/or with a workaround to restore the business while permanent resolution is worked upon in parallel.
