Must have: Focus on test/test lead in HC environment Experience with Healthcare domain on critical workflows- Enrollment, Benefits, Billing, Claims(Local and ITS) Experience with Test Coordination, giving direction to multiple team, ability to make decision on testing scope Involved in testing across lines of business (Medicare/ACA/HMO/PPO) Experience with Healthcare domain on critical workflows- Enrollment, Benefits, Billing, Claims(Local and ITS) and Experience with Test Coordination, giving direction to multiple team, ability to make decision on testing scope Next Gen Project Test Lead Focusing on group migrations for ACA Gap Analysis - enrollment/membership/billing/claims Business orientation side - speak to critical work flows- billing/claims/payments- hands on experience in healthcare domain functionalities EDI transactions in a business domain - how data flows through in healthcare domain Worked through projects in Healthcare - HIPPA Regulations Bluecard experience BCBSA - understanding is a plus Coordination within teams and hands on looking into files / file transfer experience 8-12 years experience Lead projects and offshore - driving project Involved in testing across lines of business (Medicare/ACA/HMO/PPO) Data/ETL is a plus- do not need an ETL expert more focus on test/test lead in HC environment
