NG911 Project Manager

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered
Minimum 8 years of experience overseeing medium to large scale projects.
Experience with City of New York and 9-1-1 systems
**Need Public Safety exp meaning prior working experience handling 911 projects from scratch**
TASKS: 
• Manages the NG911 project and development technology vantage point to production Go-Live in support of Client.
• Oversees project planning, including assigning tasks with corresponding due dates, maintaining project schedules, minimizing and/or mitigating project slippages, and conducting necessary research. 
• Identifies resources to develop and manage project plans, as well as effectively and efficiently utilizes staff, equipment and resources.
• Collaborates and coordinates activities across all divisions and units, other Client bureaus, and other entities within New York City government.
