Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring, triaging, resolving, escalating and communicating video incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365.
- Perform third level incident outage triage, troubleshooting, and fix agent break fix actions on video infrastructure.
- Interact, collaborate, and coordinate with other NOC tier support groups and fourth level subject matter experts within various business departments.
- Provide detailed documentation and summaries of incident/outage tickets.
- Ability to work an extended and flexible 24x7 day and night work schedule is required, including at least one weekend day and Corporate Holidays as outlined by department needs, as well as in-office and work from home hours as designated by the department
Primary skills/experience
· Linear/Unicast Video experience
· Understanding QAM and IP based video networks.
