Hands-on in Exchange/M365 administration.
Designing the messaging environment with Native / Cross Platform Installation & configuration, Administration DAG, Client connectivity, Mail flow, Disaster Recovery, Service pack/roll up update installation.
Working knowledge on hybrid messaging environment.
Creation of users, groups and managing Microsoft Admin centre for clients. 
Securing Microsoft environment with compliance and security centre for clients. 
Create and configure Retention policies as per client's requirement. 
Handing mailbox related queries and mailbox migration. 
Managing SharePoint Online, One Drive and MS Teams.
Working knowledge on Azure AD Connect Server
