·        Change Management background who drives organizational improvements through leveraging expertise in Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter, Agile methodologies, and principles of organizational behavior.
·        Experience managing change on a project being developed using Lean Agile and Waterfall approach
·        Experience setting up OCM Community of Practice.
·        Experience with creating communication strategies & plans
·        Ability to clearly articulate messages to variety of audiences and interact with stakeholders including C-suite level.
·        Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives and leading others through change
·        Excellent interpersonal, servant leadership, facilitation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
·        Experience with creating new hire, onboarding, mentoring and buddy programs.
·        Experience creating Change Impact Assessments, Change Resistance and User Adoption Plans.
·        Experience with creating ADKAR Survey Assessment
·        Experience with continuous process improvement and conducting stakeholder and empathy interviews.
·        Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
·        Facilitation of Webinars, User workshops, Lean Coffee, Books Clubs, Host Podcast.
·        Advanced experience with MS Products (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word) - Including running MS Team breakout rooms, polling, surveys.
·        Proven experience with SAFe PI Planning
·        Proven experience with collaboration tools specifically FigJam, Mural, MS Team Whiteboard.
·        Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence.
·        Prosci or Kotter Certified.
·        SAFe Certified (Coach, RTE)
