Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR on all IT and office administrative requirements; Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary; Coordinating office activities and operations as required
  • Complete background verification checks from 3rd party vendors for ex-staff
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that relevant IT hardware (laptops/desktops) are available and IT accounts set up for new employees & Assist employees with their IT needs, like setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords
  • To undertake any other task/duty/assignment that may be given.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1years experience in Office support
  • Diploma or Equivalent with intermediate IT knowledge
  • Collaborative team player who is prepared to be hands on
  • Excellent organization/prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and use discretion with confidential information
  • Familiarity with technology; High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoints and Drives
