Job Description
As an operations Manager at Bluebix Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the on floor operations of our US Staffing division, with a focus on two critical areas: Bench Sales and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Bench Sales Department:
Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their workforce requirements and address their staffing needs effectively.
Bench Management: Oversee the management of consultants on the bench, ensuring minimal bench time and timely placements. Work with the sales team to close bench deals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for bench sales to achieve revenue targets. Create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely deal closures.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on the performance of the bench sales department, including revenue, client engagement, and consultant placement metrics.
Recruitment Department
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Monitor and evaluate team performance and productivity.
Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for client requirements.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the suitability of candidates and compliance with client expectations.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including employment laws and client contracts.

Any Graduate
