Minimum skills and experience:
• Minimum 5-8 years of progressive relevant experience in IT support roles.
• Experience with Oracle C2M application.
• Oracle Linux Certification highly desired.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Linux, SUSE Linux/, Oracle RAC and/or VMWare ESX,
as well as, network protocols.
• Experience with Puppet for software configuration management and
automating deployments.
• Administrator experience with directory services, r MS Active Directory.
• Experience with Fibre Channel zoning and provisioning SAN storage solutions,
especially Hitachi is highly desired.
• Solid customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools.
• Ability to plan and oversee day-to-day activities independently.
• Solid troubleshooting skills including ability to identify and assess risk to determine
action.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
