JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary.
Preferred candidates will have previous experience Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead and related areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Should have at least 1 Implementation experience in HCM Payroll for Mexico and 2 implementations with either U.S or Canada
• Must have worked on at least 4-5 Oracle Cloud HCM projects
• Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
• Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing Payroll and Parallel testing.
• Should have very good knowledge of Legal and Business needs of Mexico and either US or Canada Payroll.
• Should understand the interactions with dependent modules like Absence, OTL, Benefits and Compensation in Implementing Payroll.
• Experience in Implementing Absence and Compensation will be desired.
• Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

• Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired
• Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested
Nice to Have Skills
• Active Certifications in the Payroll module will be desired
Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Functional Lead with an experience of 15+ years.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
