Primary Skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation, Compensation modules, BIP reports and fast formula
Job Description :
1.    The candidate is expected to have 8 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 2 end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations. 
2.    The candidate must have expert working experience in Compensation and Learning modules along with the Core HR module.
3.    Experience with non-US Compensation structure, Experience in Solution design consideration, customization decisions. 
4.    Should have hands-on expert knowledge of Compensation related data conversions, integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas & Personalization’s for Compensation module.
5.    In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
6.    The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
7.    Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, supervision, and client management skills.
