Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect
Location: Remote

Overview:
Looking for an expert in Oracle Cloud HCM to design and implement solutions, lead project scoping, POCs, and integration efforts. Provide architectural guidance to teams and coordinate with clients and offshore teams.

Requirements:
8+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM architecture (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits)
Experience with integration tools (OIC, REST, SOAP)
Strong communication, POC development, and client engagement skills
