Oracle DBA

Minimum Qualification: 12-15 yrs. of experience -

1) Minimum of eight (8) years’ cumulative experience working as a DBA with Oracle products.
2) Minimum of three (3) years’ cumulative experience working as a DBA on Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer.
3) Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with database management: developing, integrating, and deploying enterprise applications, portals, and web services.
4) Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience with technical writing, including developing, editing, and publishing all phases of application development.
5) Minimum of eight (8) recent years’ experience working with Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control Server.
6) Minimum of eight (8) recent years’ experience working with Data Guard, Recovery Manager, Linux, and Windows platforms.
7) Minimum of five (5) years’ experience leading and planning systems development projects and maintenance/operations teams following the systems development life cycle. This includes overall planning activities, scheduling and prioritizing work, mentoring and training staff, and facilitating meetings.
8) Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in all phases of testing.

DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS

1) Five (5) years of advanced skill level with MS Word, MS OneNote, Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook to facilitate written and oral communication.
2) Eight (8) years of basic skill level with Visio to create and modify logic diagrams and process flow charts to support system analysis and design activities as well as systems documentation.
3) Eight (8) years of proven proficient skill level with project management reporting to create and maintain project schedules, such as creating and maintaining work breakdown structures, sequencing tasks, allocating resources, and
tracking progress (e.g., using MS Project).
4) Eight (8) years of experience reading, analyzing, and/or discussing flowcharts, and pseudo-code or logic diagrams.
5) Eight (8) years of experience with various operational groups associated with IT, including job scheduling, output distribution, and data center operations.
6) Eight (8) years of experience developing and maintaining application development systems for state law enforcement agencies, or other law enforcement programs specific to state and federal policies and procedures.
7) Eight (8) years of experience in training and mentoring staff and knowledge transfer in Oracle.
