Job Description:
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
· EBS Security Patching, EBS production release and support, EBS cloning and troubleshooting, general Oracle database support, weekly on-call rotation and occasional weekend maintenance activities.
Typical task breakdown:
· Actively participate in team meetings, troubleshooting calls, resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner, superb communication skills with team members and customers, EBS security patching, working effectively with Oracle support via SRs.
Interaction with team:
· High interaction and collaboration with the team expected. Able to use technology (Team, Outlook, etc.) to communicate with team members and customers effectively and proactively without being face to face.
Work environment:
Primarily remote with willingness to come on site at least quarterly.
Education & Experience Required:
· 10 years of experience
· Bachelor’s degree
Technical Skills
· EBS Applications 12.2.
· Oracle database 19c.
· Supporting Oracle EBS on 19c database with multitenant architecture.
· EBS environment cloning and patching.
· Implementing and administering TLS 1.2 certificates.
· Full knowledge of the ADOP cycle in EBS.
· Bash scripting and automation.
· EBS full stack security patching.
· OAM and OID for single EBS sign-on.
· Enterprise Command Center.
· ORDS support.
· Exceptional command of IT architecture principles.
Soft Skills
· Strong team collaboration and team-first mentality.
· Superb problem analysis, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
· Proactive, clear written and verbal communication to the team, customers, stakeholders, etc.
· Willing to speak up and give input/feedback.
