Oracle Field Service Cloud Functional Configurator

Demonstrable experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Application
·        Experience developing process flow diagrams, gathering requirements, conducting workshops, design and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions
·        Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects
·        Prior hands-on experience in configurations and customization in the following areas – Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound/Outbound messages.
·        Experience developing Oracle Field Service forms
·        Experience developing plug-ins is highly preferred. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Knockout. Js preferred
·        Knowledge of other CX products such as OEC, Oracle Intelligent Advisor, B2C Service, CPQ would be an added advantage.
·        Knowledge on integration with other CX products such as B2C/B2B Service preferred.
·        Prior knowledge in building plugins such as meter reading, barcode scanner etc. would be an added advantage.
·        Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript is highly preferred
·        Experience with web services standards and technology including REST, WSDL, SOAP, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc
