The client is seeking a seasoned and highly skilled Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, and optimization. This is a 100% remote opportunity, offering a flexible work environment for professionals with a proven track record in Oracle Fusion consulting.

Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Implementation:

Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring successful delivery following project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert guidance on Oracle Fusion best practices.

Configuration And Optimization

Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion applications to align with client-specific business processes and objectives.
Provide expertise in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion modules to meet unique client requirements.

Integration and Data Migration:

Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
Oversee data migration activities to ensure the accurate and seamless transfer of data.

Client Collaboration

Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs.
Offer ongoing support and advisory services to clients post-implementation.

Documentation And Training

Create comprehensive documentation for Oracle Fusion configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to Oracle Fusion applications.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation and consulting.
Proficient in Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials, HCM, SCM, and CX.
Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion applications.
In-depth knowledge of integration principles and data migration best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Oracle Fusion certifications are highly desirable.
