Job Description:

 This team will support VMWare, Nutanix, AVS (Azure VMWare Solutions) and NetApp related requests.

• 6+ Years of experience in VMWare.

• Must have a VMWare Certified ( 6.x or higher).

• VMWare Certified professionals.

• Candidate must have VMWare work experience in implementation and customer interaction.

• Will be training, mentoring & guiding CSS frontline support engineers in triaging, scoping, troubleshooting tickets. So will have to arrive at creating AVS training syllabus by core areas like HCX, NSX, Day 0 provisioning etc.,

• Will guide and handle Fortune 500 customer interactions.

• Will facilitate VMware Tier3 engagement and ensure right amount of troubleshooting is conducted at Tier1 level before engaging VMware external Support.

• Will closely collaborate with Internal technical teams to troubleshoot customer cases.

• Able to answer “How do I “tickets at Tier 1 level.

• Will provide constant feedback to AVS Engineering on improvements and automations.

• Should have Knowledge on Azure Netapp files storage.

• At least 1 year or more experience on Nutanix.

• Nutanix certification will be added advantage not mandatory.
