Job Description:
8-10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - HCM Functional Consultant
Must Have Strong Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting module skills.
Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS cycles
Should have worked in multiple full life cycle implementations (preferably US implementation)
Should have worked in integration of applications; Should have implemented them as well.
Should have skills around workflow management.
Should have experience in production support.
Should have basic knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher to assist technical team members.
Good Client communication
Technical experience is an added advantage.
