Oracle HCM QA Analyst

Summary

We are refreshing our HR systems by moving to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and are seeking a QA Analyst with Oracle HCM or similar ERP experience. The Oracle HCM QA Analyst will support QA and testing activities, partnering with our team and the System Integrator (SI) to understand business requirements, develop test scripts, execute tests, and retest defects. This role will include implementing standard QA/testing practices and participating in all aspects of project testing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SIT test scripts based on the business requirements.

Document and retest defects, manage the defect resolution process.

Review and refine test scenarios and scripts with QA Lead and SMEs.

Coordinate SIT test execution with project managers and QA Lead.

Develop UAT test scripts and perform regression testing before Go-Live.

Support end-to-end testing sessions and Go/No-Go decisions.

Requirements

6+ years testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion functionality.

Experience with Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, and Reports.

Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW.

Proficiency in developing test cases and plans for Oracle HCM modules.

Expertise in data migration, as well as functional, system integration, user acceptance, and E2E testing.

Experience executing test cases and identifying defects.

Ability to create and maintain test data.

Experience collaborating with business and IT teams to translate requirements into test cases.

Proficiency in manual testing, test planning, and execution for SIT and UAT.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or similar
