Job description 
·        Provide support for hashtag#JDE primarily in Finance module and other surrounding interfaces and peripheral systems
·        Possess good understanding of hashtag#Accounts Payable Accounts receivable General Ledger Fixed Assets Project hashtag#Cost Management business processes
·        Experience in hashtag#oil and gas industry is preferable
·        Must have experience of leading a JDE Support project in an onsiteoffshore model
·        Triage andor resolve Incidents prioritize and thereafter track to closure in ServiceNow
·        Provide fix for issues or drive issues to resolution by escalating to respective stakeholders
·        Assist compliance team with their Audits as needed
·        Lead andor support Root Cause Analysis RCA
·        Work on bulk data update requests
·        Identify and lead problem management tickets to eliminate or Shift Left or automate
·        Documentation Standard work creation resulting in left shift
·        Process gap identification and remediation
·        Generate ideas for incident reducing automation
·        Maintain recurring issue tracker and remediation plan
·        Month end monitoring and support process status communication
·        Work from client office based out in Desmoines Iowa and serve as a liaison between IT and business users
·        Work closely with the LTIMindtree project manager and client business teams
·        Coordinate with LTIMindtree team based out in India and USA
·        Must understand the JDE SDLC process test script creation and should be able to handle functional testing ICRP and UAT
