Job Title: Oracle ORC Functional Lead/Oracle (ORC) Recruiting Cloud Functional Lead

Location: Remote with some Travel

Duration: 6-12 Months

Must have travel flexibility to support as needed, Public Sector/K-12 experience

 

We are looking for a talented Oracle (ORC) Recruiting Cloud Functional Lead to join our team! This is a full-time contract that can sit anywhere in the United States; however, the interested candidate must be open to travel during the most critical phases of the project implementation lifecycle.


What We’re Looking For:

 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Specialization in Business or HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ORC Recruiting Implementation Consultant with current Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience in a functional advisory and/or consulting role

• Minimum of 2 full life cycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementations.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Recruiting Cloud and/or other HCM Cloud modules; required
• Proven ability to lead, manage and deliver full lifecycle projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing and cutover.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred)
• Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Private Sector experienced considered. Public Sector (Federal/State/Local, Educational Sector) experience highly preferred.


What You’ll Do:


• Serve as the Functional Oracle Cloud Expert and Trusted Advisor in the implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation projects.

• Gain the trust of the client, project team members and leadership team to ensure a successful project delivery
• Provide best practice guidance on leading recruitment and onboarding modern business processes so that clients can transform their business using Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality, client requirements and recommend solutions
• Gather and interpret business requirements to appropriate configurations of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module. Lead the testing events associated with the project delivery cycle.
• Stay abreast of leading industry trends and Oracle features to give the clients the best solutions for their needs.
• Ability to understand integrations with other modules with Oracle suite of modules.
• Ability to work with other team members in configuring the Fusion Cloud Applications
• Ability to travel during the most critical phases of the project, if requested
• Coordinate efforts between other business lines and consultants to implement the best solution for the client.
• Work with the Technical Practice to provide guidance on data conversions, integrations and reporting.
