Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for Oracle SOA applications and infrastructure.
  • Installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Suite
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring, performance tuning, and patching.
  • Design and implement SOA composite applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle SOA environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex support cases.
  • Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
  • Mentor and train junior support staff on Oracle SOA technologies and best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for escalated support cases and service requests.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and internal support procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Stay updated with Oracle SOA technology trends and best practices.
