Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for Oracle SOA applications and infrastructure.
- Installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Suite
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring, performance tuning, and patching.
- Design and implement SOA composite applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle SOA environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex support cases.
- Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Mentor and train junior support staff on Oracle SOA technologies and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalated support cases and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and internal support procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay updated with Oracle SOA technology trends and best practices.
