Description

"Skills and Responsibilities:

• 10 - 12 Years experience in capacity of a solution architect and leading a team.
• Must have experience in at least one full-fledged implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
• Experience in production support is nice to have Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
• Must have a functional exposure of Oracle Incentive Compensation (end to end flow)
• Must have experience in development of data conversions into Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation.
• Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQ to create custom rules in Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation.
• Hands-on experience on Analysis & configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Must be able to analyze all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
• Experience in Oracle Partner relationship management for sales compensation for dealers/partners.
• Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud for integration between source systems and Oracle incentive compensation for transactional data."
