Oracle Techno Functional Consultant Fusion SCM

Job Description: 
As an Oracle SCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in both 
technical and functional aspects of Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud applications. You will collaborate 
with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and 
sustainable solutions within the Oracle SCM Cloud platform. This role requires hands-on experience in 
implementing and configuring Oracle SCM Cloud modules along with strong analytical and problem-solving 
skills. 
Key Responsibilities: 
1. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements 
related to supply chain processes. 
2. Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions to meet business needs, ensuring 
alignment with industry best practices. 
3. Provide technical expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Inventory Management, 
Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics. 
4. Customize Oracle SCM Cloud applications using tools like Oracle Application Composer, Groovy 
scripts, and Application Extensions. 
5. Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) 
activities. 
6. Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases. 
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project 
managers to deliver integrated solutions. 
8. Perform system configurations, data migration, and integration activities as required. 
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle SCM Cloud applications. 
10. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Oracle SCM Cloud and provide 
recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related 
field. 
2. 6-12 years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementation and support projects. 
3. Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and industry best practices. 
4. Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order 
Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics. 
5. Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder 
Studio, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) is preferred. 
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. 
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
8. Oracle certifications in SCM Cloud or related areas are a plus.
