Description

What We’re Looking For:

·         Experience: 13+ years in IT, with at least 7 years in Oracle Transport Management.

·         Expertise: Proficiency in OTM On-Premise to Cloud Migration, SQL Server, Java, and Oracle Data Migration Assistant (DMA).

·         Leadership: Strong ability to lead customer onboarding, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interface with clients and business leaders.

·         Technical Skills: Deep understanding of OTM business objects, interfaces, and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Customer Onboarding: Lead and manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and integration.

·         Business Objects & Interfaces: Design and implement solutions using OTM's capabilities.

·         Technical Expertise: Utilize SQL Server, Java, and DMA for data migration and customization.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         Proven experience in OTM On-Premise to Cloud migration projects.

·         Strong organizational and project management skills.

·         Preferred Skills:

·         Certification in Oracle Transport Management or related fields.

·         Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes
