Job Description

  • Provide level 2/3 support of xStore, xCenter and Integrations into and out of the xStore ecosystem.
  • Functional Analyst should be able to take issue reported and isolate the issue and determine solution.
  • Work closely with Customer IT teams as needed in support of POS and reported issues.
  • Document issue and solution.
  • Analyze issue to determine root cause.
  • Technical Analyst should be able to develop the solution identified upon approval.
  • Full testing of the solution as well as regression testing of the application.
  • Ability to provide solution in hot fix or in a patch.
  • Ability to consolidate patches into releases.
  • Flexible with timings – ready to support during non-office hours.
  • Good communication and customer management skills
