Required Skills:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing OCM practices using an industry standard change management framework on at least one government project.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience that must include at least two (2) of the following: conflict resolution, communication, writing clearly, negotiation skills, meeting facilitation, and team collaboration.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a lead OCM role on at least one IT project.
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
Desired Skills:
Certification in ADKAR® or equivalent industry standard for change management methodology. Minimum one year experience working with stakeholder groups that have various interests in the system data.
Proof of completion of formal Agile or Scrum training (training only, formal Agile or Scrum Certification not required.
Knowledge of campaign finance, lobbying, and electronic filing information and requirements.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a lead OCM role on at least one IT project. This experience must have occurred within the last ten (10) years.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a lead OCM role on at least one IT project with a total overall cost of at least XXX5 million dollars, and which involved a legacy system replacement.
