The data analyst/report technical writer performs highly advanced work related to special education and special populations data collection and reporting activities and projects.
Essential functions:
Develops and writes data documentation, analytical requirements, business rules, workflows, and data calendar/timelines for existing and new data projects using simple, clear, unambiguous, and concise language
Oversees the planning, design, scope, structure, creation, analysis, and maintenance of SAS programs, datasets, data reporting systems, and reports
Develops and manages extensive quality assurance and quality control checks of SAS programs and workflows to improve existing programs and processes including comprehensive documentation
Plans, studies, researches, and evaluates current information and data systems and recommends changes as needed
