Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all assigned client accounts
- Understand and execute against each clients unique business objectives
- Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on all things paid media
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and changes, sharing insights and recommendations with clients as appropriate
- Lead all aspects of campaign planning, setup, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Manage budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns stay on track and within budget
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance data, identifying areas of opportunity and making recommendations for improvement
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing campaign performance and ROI
- Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within existing campaigns
- collaborate with other team members to develop and execute creative paid media strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Analytics, etc.) to ensure paid media efforts are aligned with overall brand goals
- Keep abreast of changes in paid media platforms and tools, and make recommendations for adoption/integration where appropriate
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years professional experience in paid media, with a focus on digital advertising
- Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, linkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
